Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. General Return Window and Authorization
At Under Cover Fabworks, we take pride in the quality and fitment of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
To ensure a smooth process, all returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. * Packages sent back without a clearly marked RMA number on the outside of the box will be refused at our receiving dock and returned to the sender at their expense.

To request an RMA, please contact our support team with your original order number and the reason for the return.
2. Strict Condition Requirements (The "Test-Fit" Rule)
Because our products are designed for off-road use and often require installation or finishing by the end user, we maintain a strict policy regarding the condition of returned goods:

As-Shipped Condition: Returns are only accepted for items in their original, raw, and unaltered state.

The No-Modification Rule: Items that have been painted, powder-coated, welded, ground down, or modified in any way are strictly non-returnable.

Pre-Installation Verification: It is the customer's sole responsibility to "test-fit" all components (skid plates, brackets, roll cages, etc.) to their vehicle prior to applying any permanent finish. Under Cover Fabworks will not be held liable for the cost of paint or powder-coating on parts that are later found to be incorrect or unnecessary.
3. Non-Returnable and Custom Items
Certain items are excluded from our standard return policy:

Custom Orders: Any parts manufactured to custom specifications or custom lengths are considered "Final Sale."

Electronics/Hardware Bags: Small hardware kits or electrical components that have been opened from their original sealed packaging cannot be returned.

Closeout/Clearance: Items marked as "Clearance" or "Garage Sale" are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Shipping Costs and Restocking Fees

Return Shipping: Except in cases where Under Cover Fabworks has made a verified shipping error, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item to our facility. We highly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Original Shipping: Shipping charges paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees: All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and administrative processing to return the item to our inventory.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling or if you believe there is a manufacturing defect:

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Please retain all original packaging. We will require high-resolution photographs of the damaged box and the product itself to initiate a claim with the carrier.

If a part is found to be defective, Under Cover Fabworks will, at its discretion, either repair the part, ship a replacement, or issue a full refund upon the return of the defective unit.
6. International Returns
For our customers outside of the United States:

International orders are subject to a Strict No-Return Policy due to the complexities of customs, duties, and high transit costs.

Customers are responsible for ensuring vehicle compatibility before placing an order.

Any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during the initial shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Under Cover Fabworks under any circumstances.
