The UCF Aluminum Gas Tank Skid for Jeep JK 2-Door is a complete heavy-duty replacement skid plate for your 2007-2018 JK 2-Door model. It is fabricated from 3/16" 6061-T6 aluminum plate on a CNC laser cutter. It is then formed with large radius tooling to help aid in sliding off obstacles and help prevent material gouging. We TIG and MIG weld all the pieces together in the shop using the tab and slot method of fixturing the parts in the correct location. This skid plate weighs 28 lbs. This skid is shipped bare of any finish.
