The Front Bumper Winch Hoop for Jeep Wrangler TJ & LJ is a bolt on piece that adds style and funtionality to the front on any Jeep TJ or LJ. It bolts on where the upper front bumper hardware passes through the bumper body wiith 1/4" thick steel plate tabs. The hoop is made from 1 3/4" x .120" wall DOM tube that's fully MIG welded to the 1/4" plate. It shis unpainted without hardware because the factory hardware can be reused.
