UCF LJ Full Roll-Cage for Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

Bolt-in full cage for the Wrangler Unlimited LJ.

This bolt-in full roll cage for the Wrangler Unlimited LJ is designed for adult rear-seat passengers. It maximizes available headroom, works with all known aftermarket tops, and needs very little drilling for the extra mounting holes that add strength.

Construction and specs

• 1 3/4" x .120" wall DOM seamless tubing
• Cage mounting points: 3/16" high-strength steel plate
• Built from scratch in our shop, assembled on a precision jig and fully MIG welded at all joints
• Mounting provisions for the factory seat belts
• Attaches to the tub at 6 points

Cage options

• Option A: Dash Plates & Windshield Tubes (pictured). Plates that run from the front floorboard to the top of the dash, plus the tubes that connect them to the upper tubes running from the windshield frame to the B-hoop.
• Option B: Dash Bar. Spans the vertical tubes just above the dashboard, with a small bend on each side to clear the instrument cluster.
• Option C: Dash Bar A-Frame. A pair of angled tubes that sit just behind the rearview mirror. Most people don't like them in street vehicles, but they add lateral stability and reinforcement in a rollover.
• Option D: Front Grab Handles. A pair of grab handles in the front upper corners, from the dash tubes to the tubes that connect the windshield frame to the B-hoop. They are bent and welded in.
• Option E & F: Front and Rear Seat Harness Bars. Straight tubes that pass just behind the seats for shoulder harnesses.
• Option G: Palletization and Plastic Wrap. We palletize your roll cage and wrap it in plastic film. If you pick up the cage in person, we can help you load it onto your trailer without a pallet for free.

What's included: Fully welded cage built to the options you choose. Hardware is not included; reuse the factory hardware and supply your own for the front at the floor.

Install notes: late model TJs and LJs will require some trimming of the plastic inner windshield surrounds.

Shipping: we'll palletize and wrap your cage and load it onto the truck for you. You arrange the freight shipping and pay for it directly with your own carrier (truck freight to a commercial address with a loading dock).

Finish: ships raw, with no paint or powder coat, so you can finish it however you like.
