These brackets are laser cut from 5052-H32 aluminum. They are then formed with a CNC press brake to product a very strong bracket. The bushings, which are preinstalled by UCF, are manufactured from delrin (which is oil-impregnated) to keep the windows sliding smoothly in and out and rattle free. The bushings are retained with inner locker rings. We will also include hardware to attach these brackets to the UCF YJ Aluminum Trail Doors. You will be required to drill holes in the top rail of the door for attachment.
