UCF Windshield Frame Guards for Jeep TJ are laser-cut from 1/8" 6061 aluminum sheet or carbon steel sheet. They are formed with large-radius tooling in 2 different planes to conform to the shape of the windshield frame. The pair weighs only 3 lbs with hardware when ordered in aluminum or 5 lbs if you order the steel version.
These ship with new hardware for the lower mounting holes and aluminum blind rivets for the upper mounting locations.
