UCF Jeep CJ/YJ Aluminum Trail Doors

UCF Jeep CJ/YJ Aluminum Trail Doors are the perfect way for Jeep owners with full hard-doors to get that half-door look and feel without breaking the bank.  They are also very light-weight at less than 20lbs per set.  These are perfect for the Jeep owner looking for some protection from trail debris, mud or other hazards while off-road.

These doors are fabricated from high-strength 1/8" 5052-H32 aluminum.  This alloy has an ultimate tensile strength of 32,000 psi.  The doors are CNC laser cut and formed with high-precision forming machines to create a beautiful finished product.  The roll in the upper u-channel is achieved on a custom made radius tool to produce a very smooth top surface for an arm rest.  We include Bestop latches with a key and all hardware require to install the doors.  Please call us for more information!

Note:  These doors are made from mill-finish aluminum sheet.  They are shipped out unfinished.  Every effort is made to ensure they arrive to the customer without any blemishes or scratches, but they aren't guaranteed to be free of surface scratches from contact with shipping materials. The customer is responsible for the final finish of the product.

Note:  These doors fit CJs that were originally purchased with a hard top.  You must have a 5/8" pin striker on the tub for them to latch properly.
