HD Transfer Case Skid Plate for '03-'06 Jeep Wrangler TJ/LJ (Ultra High-Clearance)(Carbon Steel Plate)

Fits '03-'06 Jeep Wrangler TJs and LJ Unlimiteds with standard or automatic transmissions.

Fabricated from 3/16" thick carbon steel plate (with optional upgrade to 1/4" plate).  The parts were designed in 3D CAD software and laser cut then bent on a CNC press brake for a perfect fit every time.

The UCF Transfer Case Skid Plate is reinforced in the middle of the skid from one side to the other with a stiffening channel/transmission mount.  The front and rear edges are ramped to increase strength and aid in sliding over obstacles.  This product will increase ground clearance by about 3 1/2" over the factory skid plate.  The total height of this system is about 1".

We recommend that you have at least 1" of body lift PLUS a UCF LOPRO mount to install this skid plate with no body/transfer case vibration issues.  It can also be installed with ONLY a 1" body lift if you clearance the tub in area where the transfer case would normally touch.  Shipped UPS in bare steel.

You will reuse the factory mounting hardware.
