Our new UCF Heavy-Duty JL Tailgate Hinges completely replace the factory hinges with upgraded units. These are bushed with Delrin bushings that will provide many years of maintenance free service. No greasing required. They include connection points for future products like high-lift jack mounts, Rotopax mounts, etc. along with our new outer tire carrier reinforcement bracket. They are laser cut from 3/16" and 3/8" carbon steel plate and are formed on a CNC brake. These brackets are sold in pairs and will arrive with no finish. Pivot hinge hardware is included.
