Upgraded hinges for a heavy tailgate load.

These hinges completely replace the factory hinges with upgraded units. Delrin bushings give many years of maintenance-free service with no greasing required.

Construction and specs

  • Laser cut from 3/16" and 3/8" carbon steel plate and formed on a CNC brake
  • Delrin bushings, no greasing required
  • Connection points for our outer tire carrier reinforcement bracket

What's included: a pair of hinges and the pivot hinge hardware.
