UCF Stubby Aluminum Front Bumper for Jeep Wrangler JK, JL & JT

44.5" stubby aluminum bumper for JK, JL and JT.

For a JK, JL or JT, this 44.5" stubby bumper has an aluminum body, mounts back to the lower cross-member to cover the Rubicon model's factory electric sway-bar disconnect, and tucks the winch about 1/2" forward of the grille. Air openings stay clear, with approach angles a priority.

Construction and specs

• 44.5" wide; weighs less than 50 lbs including the tow points and winch tray
• Winch mounting system: fully supported 3/16" carbon steel plate, reinforced with welded flanges and bends
• D-ring mounts: 3/4" thick, welded to 3/8" steel mounting plates. These welded steel pieces bolt directly to the frame and the aluminum bumper body attaches over them, so the D-rings never rely on an aluminum weld
• Bumper body: 3/16" 6061-T6 aluminum plate
• All bends made with large-radius tooling for added strength and style
• Held onto the frame with 16 bolts

What's included: Outer shell, inner pieces, steel tow points, winch tray and all mounting hardware, both shell to inner pieces and inner pieces to frame.

Install notes: any JK or JL with variable valve timing has a factory vacuum pump inside the front bumper, and it will need to be relocated.

Finish: ships raw, with no paint or powder coat, so you can finish it however you like.

Tube work is not included. We sell bolt-on winch hoops for the TJ & LJ, YJ and JK, JL & JT.
