HD Transfer Case Skid Plate for '87-'95 Jeep Wrangler YJ (No Body-Lift Req'd)(Carbon Steel)

Fits '87-'95 Jeep Wrangler YJs with standard or automatic transmissions.

Fabricated from 3/16" thick carbon steel plate (upgradable to 1/4" plate for $50 more).  The parts were designed in 3D CAD software and laser cut then bent on a CNC press brake for a perfect fit every time.

The UCF Transfer Case Skid Plate is reinforced in the middle of the skid from one side to the other with a stiffening channel/transmission mount.  The front and rear edges are ramped to increase strength and aid in sliding over obstacles.  This product will increase ground clearance by 1/2" over the factory skid plate.  The total height of this system is about 3".

This skid plate will come with a 3/16" steel adapter plate for the front set of mounting holes.  It is pre-attached to the skid with 3/8" low-profile bolts.  The adapter will need to be removed and painted prior to final install.

No Body-lift Required to run this skid.  Shipped UPS in bare steel.

Mounting hardware not included.  '87-'95 YJs will require (6) 1 1/2" long x 1/2"-13tpi hex bolts with flat washers.
