Where Heavy-Duty and Ultra-Light Meet!
The Aluminum Front Bumper for Jeep Wrangler TJ & LJ is laser cut from 3/16" 6061-T6 aluminum plate and formed on a CNC press brake with large radius tooling. This forming process adds tremendous strength to the design. The seams are TIG welded inside and out.
This bumper is just over 46" wide to the tips. It is shipped without hardware and bare of any finishes. It can be used without any paint or other surface treatment.
Weighing in at just 9lbs this bumper can save some serious weight off the front of your Jeep.
The bumper will not ship with the winch plate or winch hoop pictured above, but they can be added for an additional charge by choosing from the drop-down menu.
