We are happy to introduce a new product to help protect the upper fill-port on ORI STX Struts. This part is fabricated from 16 gauge steel plate and is designed to attach securely to the top of the strut with a stainless steel band clamp. It fits tightly to the top of the strut to prevent any rotation which could damage the fitting.
The UCF Fill-Valve Protector for ORI STX Struts is fabricated from 16" carbon steel sheet and folded on a brake to give the parts rigidity. We have also dimple-die formed the parts to enhance appearance and strength. The protectors are sold in pairs and come bare of any finish. Stainless band clamps are included.
