UCF JK Dana 44 Rubicon Front Truss System

Keep your Rubicon Dana 44 straight.

The truss you've been asking for. The main body is 1/2" carbon steel plate that spans over the casting and welds to the top of the center section in two places. It also welds to the axle tubes on either side of the casting and to a 1/4" formed steel channel that spans the axle tube from the truss body to the lower coil spring mounts.

• Protects the casting where the tubes are welded in, helping keep them from deflecting under load
• Stiffens the longer passenger-side tube to help keep it from bending or breaking
• Reinforces the factory passenger-side upper link mount: the formed channel fits around it and welds to the tube
• The whole system weighs only 18 lbs

What's included: Truss body, a channel around the passenger upper link mount, and a small driver-side channel that attaches between the truss and the upper coil mount. Hardware is not included.

Install notes: cutting and welding are required. Some clearancing of the driver-side upper control arm bracket end may be needed to clear the truss body. We kept the truss as thin as possible in this area, but some control arms may still interfere.
