The UCF Heavy-Duty JK Tailgate Hinge Set is fabricated from 3/16" steel plate that is formed to create the strongest possible design. The hinge base is designed to be much stronger than the factory design. They are fully MIG welded. The pivots are designed with high-grade bolts and delrin bushings to prevent rattle and noise. These hinges are shipped bare and will need to be painted.

This part is fabricated from 16 gauge steel plate and is designed to attach securely to the top of the strut with a stainless steel band clamp.
